Organization Chart

The GDCE organizational structure and management has been changed after upgrading from Customs and Excise Department to General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia, in response to the current international trade developments, and other challenges faced by Customs. The current organizational structure in line with the General Department’s mission, roles, and structure as stipulated in the Sub-decree No. 134 dated 15 September 2008 and Sub-decree No. 152 dated 06 October 2008 on the establishment of Department of Excise, Department of Customs Procedures, and Department of Free Zone Management and restructured based on Sub-decree of the the Royal Government of Cambodia No 488 Dated 16 October, 2013.
